Jill Perreira is a seasoned litigation paralegal with more than 32 years of legal experience in a variety of practice areas.  Since joining DeSisto Law in 2010, Jill has been an integral part of the civil litigation team.  Jill has worked on a variety of cases in the state, federal and appellate courts.  She assists in all phases of litigation from inception through discovery, trial and appeals.  Jill has also participated in multiple trials assisting attorneys with exhibit management, trial logistics and providing video/computer presentations in the state and federal courts.  Jill has also assisted with investigations and special hearings before the Rhode Island Supreme Court Disciplinary Board and the Rhode Island Judicial Tenure and Discipline Commission.

Jill also assists the Managing Partner with the administrative aspects of the firm.  She is responsible for the development and implementation of office policies and procedures, coordinates with the IT department on all office equipment, maintains the accounts receivable and administers monthly billing.  Jill was an integral part of sourcing and implementing the firm’s move to a cloud-based case management system.
